Gail Willows is a contemporary artist whose practice bridges detailed watercolours, to large energetic pieces, infused with the vibrant spirit of coastal living on the Isle of Wight. Her paintings radiate energy and joy—qualities she attributes to the mindset she enters while creating.

Originally from Surrey, Gail relocated to the Isle of Wight more than two decades ago and has since become a well-known figure in the island’s art community, not only for her dynamic work but also for her charitable contributions. Drawing inspiration from the island’s sea, sounds and light, she loves to see the joyful memories of the sea brought into people’s homes.
