Solar Eclipse

by Eren

140 x 100 cm

acrylic on canvas

A powerful, deep black semicircle dominates the upper portion of the image and acts like the darkened sun during a total solar eclipse. From its lower edge, dynamic, irregular black splatters and drops radiate downward and to the side. The background remains pure white, making the contrasty, expressive gesture particularly striking.

The work combines geometric clarity with spontaneous gestural painting and creates a strong, meditative tension between silence and movement. Ideal for modern, minimalist interiors.
